1. Introduction

Paradox 33 Inc, doing business as HabitsHub (“HabitsHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Paradox 33 Inc is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password, profile details, and subscription status. If you use Google-based sign-in or connect Google services, we may also receive profile and account information made available through that flow.

Workspace and customer data. We collect and store the content you choose to place in the Service, including contacts, notes, follow-ups, habits, team data, invitations, events, uploaded images, and related records.

Connected account and integration data. If you connect external services such as Google, Zoom, or Stripe-related billing flows, we may receive account identifiers, email addresses, calendar data, meeting links, billing metadata, and other data required to provide those integrations.

Call, transcript, and AI feature data. When you use call recording, transcript, meeting note, or AI-assisted features, we may process transcript text, prompts, summaries, extracted action items, sentiment, contact associations, and related meeting metadata. These materials may be stored in your workspace so the features continue to work and remain available to you.

Device, log, and browser storage data. We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, feature usage, timestamps, and information associated with cookies, local storage, or similar technologies used to operate the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing
  • Store and display your workspace data across contacts, habits, follow-ups, team workflows, and events
  • Sync connected accounts and integrations such as calendars, meeting data, and billing systems
  • Generate transcripts, summaries, suggestions, labels, reminders, and other AI-assisted or automated outputs
  • Provide customer support and service communications
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and technical or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We may use workspace data, prompts, transcript text, summaries, outputs, contact records, and related metadata to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, quality-check, improve, and develop our AI-assisted and automated features. We may also generate and use aggregated, de-identified, statistical, or derived data for product analytics, service optimization, model evaluation, safety review, and feature development.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data sharing and disclosure

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, integration support, and AI-related processing. These providers are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us or as otherwise allowed by applicable agreements and law.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HabitsHub, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If HabitsHub is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Workspace data such as contacts, notes, habits, events, transcripts, summaries, and related materials may remain available in your account until deleted by you, deleted by us under our retention practices, or removed when your account is closed.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, financial records, or legitimate business operations.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
