Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the HabitsHub platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
HabitsHub is a relationship management and productivity platform designed to help users manage contacts, follow-ups, habits, team collaboration, events, connected accounts, call transcripts, AI-assisted summaries, and related workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
3. Accounts and registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscription and payment
HabitsHub offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After that period, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, format, analyze, and otherwise process Your Content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
If you use integrations, call transcript features, AI-powered summaries, meeting notes, imports, or other automated features, you instruct us and our subprocessors to access, ingest, copy, parse, transcribe, summarize, transform, derive from, and create output from Your Content, prompts, transcript text, contact records, calendar data, meeting metadata, and related materials in connection with those features.
We may also use service data, usage patterns, prompts, outputs, transcripts, and related metadata in aggregated, statistical, or de-identified form to operate, monitor, test, improve, and develop the Service, including AI-assisted, automated, ranking, recommendation, and safety systems.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Content to the Service.
6. AI and automated features
The Service may provide AI-assisted or automated outputs such as summaries, suggested next steps, extracted action items, labels, or similar recommendations. These outputs are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed by you before being relied on, shared, or acted upon.
You remain responsible for the content you submit, the decisions you make using the Service, and your compliance with any obligations owed to your own contacts, customers, team members, or other third parties.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Paradox 33 Inc and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HabitsHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HabitsHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and, where feasible, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
